The Man Behind Made by CJ

When people look at Made by CJ, they see the jackets, the hoodies, the markets, the website, the photos, the sewing, and the stories woven into every piece. What they don’t always see is the man who helped build the foundation beneath it all.

My husband.

The steady hand behind so many of my dreams.

Made by CJ would not be where it is today without him.

Long before there was a website, product launches, sewing classes, or markets, there was a husband who believed in me. He saw possibilities when I saw obstacles. He offered wisdom when I felt uncertain and practical solutions when I was overwhelmed.

His creativity helped shape ideas into reality. His knowledge helped me navigate challenges. His practical skills helped turn dreams into something tangible.

So much of what Made by CJ has become started with conversations before bed, brainstorming ideas, dreaming about what could be, and finding ways to make it happen together.

The same passion, wisdom, and creativity that helped launch my business are the very qualities that make him such an incredible father.

This past weekend, as we celebrated Father’s Day, I wanted to take a moment to publicly say thank you.

Thank you for believing in me.

Thank you for supporting every late night, every market, every new idea, and every challenge.

Thank you for sharing your creativity, your wisdom, and your practical skills so generously.

Thank you for being my greatest supporter and the foundation our family stands on.

And thank you for being the kind of father our sons can look up to.

Made by CJ carries my name, but it carries your fingerprints too.
